Life as a BCTC Teacher
BCTC uses the whole village concept. It is important that all team members work together to help our students succeed. This included administrative assistants, bus drivers, counselors, custodians, educational facilitators, food service workers, instructional assistants, coaches, maintenance personnel, nurses, and work-based learning roles.
The objective is to create a school culture that helps each and every student reach their full potential within their chosen program, socially, and emotionally.
Crucial to a high functioning CTE Center are committed and knowledgeable individuals working outside of the classroom to support teachers, work in functional areas and manage day-to-day operations. Our administrative team provides the unwavering leadership and operational support needed to run a truly great CTE Center.
