Berks Career & Technology Center's Restaurants, operated by students of our Culinary Arts programs. Students from our 16 sending districts prepare and serve American cuisine with a twist as they practice the skills needed to succeed in the field of hospitality.

Class Act & The Valley Eatery is open to the public on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays during the school year.
