2021 BCTC SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AUCTION NOTICE TO BIDDERS

IMPORTANT DETAILS REGARDING THE SALE OF SURPLUS EQUIPMENT AUCTION 

When bidding on a LOT, your bid amount is for all items within that LOT.   ALL ITEMS IN THE LOT ARE TO BE PICKED UP BY THE WINNING BIDDER.

When picking up items, please bring your own help to assist with loading.  There is limited staff over the summer.

Items will be sold “As-Is” and “Where-Is” and without warranty.

Items awarded to bidders must be paid for in the Business Office located at 1057 County Welfare Road, Leesport, PA  19533. Monday through Thursday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. No personal checks will be accepted. Cashier checks and business checks will be accepted.

On-line auction for the Sale of Surplus Equipment for the Berks Career & Technology Center, will be held from July 2, 2021 at 7:00 am, through Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 4:00 pm. using our auction link.

All items must be picked up between July 20, 2021 and July 29, 2021.
