eSchoolData for Students

The eSchoolData Student Portal makes it easy for students to view current academic information, allowing immediate access to grades, assignments, school calendar, schedule, attendance and much more.

Login Link and Credentials

To sign into eSchoolData Student Portal (web site) please follow the following link:

All currently enrolled students will be provided with an BCTC eSD® Student Portal account.

Enter your Username and Password, then tap Login.

BCTC requires you to change your password on the first login.
Enter the password given to you in the Old Password field, select and enter a new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields, then click Save.

Upon first login, the District’s Terms of Use should be read. Click I Agree at the bottom of the Agreement to proceed further.

After agreeing to the Terms of Use, if the Parent Portal account has been auto-generated by the district, users will be required to establish a new Password, and enter a Primary Email Address (if missing). Users will also have the option to Use this E-Mail address as my User Name. Click Save when finished.

Once logged in to your Student account, click the Help (Question Mark) icon in the upper right corner of the Student Portal screens to access the eSchoolData Student Portal F.A.Q. The F.A.Q. provides portal account holders with answers to commonly asked questions.

Note: When the eSchoolData Parent Portal F.A.Q. is accessed AFTER logging in to the Student Portal, click the Home icon to return to the Home Page. The icons at the top will NOT be available when the F.A.Q. is accessed from the Login screen.

There are slight differences in the login process and login credentials used for Mobile® App and Mobile® Web. Once logged in, however, both display the same data.

Mobile App: Login Credentials

The eSchoolData Mobile® App authenticates users via the Email Address associated with the user’s account, instead of their User ID.

Enter your Email Address and tap Next. Enter your Password and tap Sign in.

If your Email Address is also associated to a parent account in an eSD® district, a Role field appears between the Email Address and Password, allowing you to select the applicable district/role.

Upon first login, in order to proceed further, users must agree to the District’s Terms of Use. Read the Terms of Use, then tap I Agree at the bottom of the page.

Navigating eSD® Mobile Parent

At the top of every page is the Title Bar, and at the bottom of every page is the Navigation Bar, with the Home , Messages (when enabled by the district), Profile and Account tabs. Tap an item on the page to select and open the item.

Once an item has been selected, a Back button appears to return users to the previous screen. Tap Back to return to the previous screen, or tap another tab to move to that page (the selected tab has a darker background).
